- Two safety features are in place to prevent direct contact between your hands and the cutting blades when placing or removing the sushi roll. One is the “Self-locking Handle” during the preparation process and the other is “Self-locking Front Cover” during the cutting process.
- Teflon blades (NOT coated) with built in silicon wipers, eliminates the need to clean the blades of rice residue during the cutting process.
- An exceptionally simple structure makes daily maintenance easy and reduces the chance of accidents. At the completion of cutting sushi rolls, the entire cutting blade unit can be cleaned safely and thoroughly using the brush provided with the machine.
