What is the delivery time for my order and do you have expedited shipping?

In-stock products are delivered within 5 to 7 days with a from order date to all
United States locations. Overnight options are available for a fee. Please contact
your Autec sales agent for inquiries on delivery time and shipping methods.

What kind of warranty does your products come with?

Our products are backed with a 1 year manufacturer warranty covering most
mechanical defects. Please speak with your Autec sales agent for warranty

If I lose my product manual can I find it online?

Our product manuals are not available online. However, your Autec sales agent
would be happy to send you a digital version via email.

Are your products in compliance with safety regulations?

Our products are ETL certified and bear the ETL mark.

What kind of regular maintenance does your products require?

The only regular maintenance our products require is cleaning and coating
AUTEC OIL onto parts that touched food after each use.
WARNING: Using oils that are not sold or provided by AUTEC such as PAM will
result in machine malfunction.

Do you offer post-sales support of maintenance, technical and repair services?

The wonderful thing about our products is that regular maintenance is not
required as long as you follow the simple aftercare instruction in your manual.
However, like all machines, they can be temperamental. Should you run into any
issues with your products, we are always here to help. For assistance, please
contact either your AUTEC sales agent or the representative that you purchased

Where can I get replacement parts?

Replacement part(s) are available through Autec and may require the return of
the defected part(s) to our designated locations. Please contact your Autec sales
agent for more information.

I’d like to view the sushi robots in person. Do you have a showroom?

We have two showrooms with our products in display in the United States, both
available by appointment.

Can’t make a trip out to us? We’d be happy to bring our sushi robots to your
store and conduct a demonstration. Please note this service is dependent on
your location.

Should you be interested after experiencing our products, we’d be happy to lend
it to you for a week!
